About Us

Libon Eats was created by Chef Jephté Nelson who has been cooking all his life. He was born in Venezuela and raised in Haiti were he learned to cook with fresh organic foods and different spices. He moved to Miami FL, and continued education and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu. Chef Jephté traveled around the world cooking and experiencing many cuisines and now wants to feed the world with his own Caribbean-American twist.
